About Us

LCS was founded in 2006 by Elaine Lockard and initially used to provide creative marketing strategies for businesses. President of LCS, Rodney Lockard, started to use LCS to provide marketing and construction management to the construction industry in 2010. For the previous seven years Rodney Lockard was Vice President of Investment Real Estate Construction, the largest construction/development company for self storage in the Mid-Atlantic region.
